This talk explores new empathic methods to capture the raw emotionality and depth of people's problems. And how to integrate this emotionality into the heart of a team building new products. How do we become more intentional when designing around human emotion? How do we include empaths and highly sensitive people (HSP) in our team? What is an HSP? And how do we engage with HSP type customers to learn faster and more deeply.”

This conversation explores new empathic methods to capture the raw emotionality and depth of people's problems. And how to integrate this emotionality into the heart of a team building new products. How do we become more intentional when designing around human emotion? How do we include empaths and highly sensitive people (HSP) in our team? What is an HSP?
