Paul Weaver is a multi-award-winning, customer focused creative leader, with a record of consistent success in leading the end-to-end development of innovative, best-in-class products from inception through release while focusing on user experience and financial performance.

He is currently Vice President of User Experience & Human Factors at Cerner Corporation, a $4.8 billion publicly traded company and supplier of health IT (HIT) solutions and services, based in Kansas City.

Paul has spent over 20 years in design and product management. His notable credits include co-designing Donkey Kong Country 3 at Rare/Nintendo and directing the acclaimed, best-selling video game, Disney Epic Mickey. He’s also led the redesign of Rosetta Stone’s flagship language learning app, a virtual reality medical study on pain management and the creation of an aircraft training simulation for the U.S. Navy.
